Compensation may differ based on the market. This role is an individual contributor supporting the implementation of an enterprise-wide Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) for KP. It will focus on configuring system workflows, templates, and permissions to ensure compliance and scalability, while partnering with IT and vendor teams to optimize platform performance. The role will provide technical support and serve as the technology SME for CLMS, translating business requirements into configurations that enable automation, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality service. The position will drive process standardization across regions, reduce manual effort, and improve contracting outcomes through advanced system configuration and governance. Responsibilities include configuring workflows, templates, and user permissions within the contract management platform and partnering with IT and vendor teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance. Job Summary: Serves as a consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Contributes to business strategy and supports organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. Manages complex projects or project components, participates in and may lead change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
