Ambulatory Health Care Services

The Consultant IV on the Kaiser Permanente Medical Foundation Consulting team partners with stakeholders across care delivery and support functions to advance Foundation and Market priorities. Work may range from a single service line or location to initiatives spanning multiple specialties or markets in primary care, hospital-based services, or specialty care, often collaborating with functions such as Health Plan, Quality & Safety, Compliance, Labor, and HR. The role supports leaders at all levels, frontline to executive, through the full project lifecycle, including strategy development, data analysis, fact finding, decision-making, planning, and execution. Consultants often manage multiple projects or programs simultaneously. While part of an internal team, the group operates like an independent consulting firm. This model allows our team to offer objective perspectives, bring forward best practices, and rapidly adapt to changing priorities or complex challenges, while leveraging deep knowledge of the organization’s culture, processes, and systems. While open to candidates from any KP market, preferred geographical locations are Washington or Colorado.
