The Business Consulting Services team delivers innovative business solutions and technology capabilities to national health plan operations across all KP markets. We partner with operational stakeholders and IT partners to drive transformative change, foster innovation, and enhance the KP customer, member, and patient experience. The Consultant IV will be responsible for business requirements, business process definition (process maps), solution design analysis, and operational workflow walkthroughs. The Consultant IV will work within an interdisciplinary team comprised of roles from multiple departments across Kaiser Permanente's health plan operations, including project managers, testers, operational SMEs, IT solution design consultants, IT developers, learning & delivery consultants, and external vendors, to implement new business technologies and operational workflows. The Consultant IV will work on large/complex implementation programs that require ability to quickly learn software application fundamentals for enterprise technology (either homegrown or vendor-based), utilizing SAFe Agile product implementation and product management methodology best practices.
