The Enterprise Innovation and Digital Office is part of NW's Customer Service, Strategy & Innovation Office. The Nationwide Financial Customer & Business Innovation team focuses on identifying and driving growth opportunities that are strategically aligned, customer centric, and leverage Nationwide's capabilities. The NF Innovation team works in close partnership with NF business units but also has the mandate to develop new business opportunities outside of current core areas. The product manager supports the creation of the strategy, roadmap, and requirements with a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, designers, business experts, and partner managers. Successful candidates will make key recommendations regarding: feature set, scope, pricing, and design features; and will test and iterate on how to solve business problems in new and meaningful ways. The product manager will help to promote key initiatives that address product strategy and growth objectives and will have the opportunity to work with emerging technologies.
