About The Position

KPIF line of business is leading an organizational wide program that is a top strategic priority to drive membership growth and retention and create a positive experience for these channel partners. This position will support the technology workstream and serve as the business point of contact on all technical integration meetings with the identified business partners, provide key decisions, follow up on action items, and closely track status of the integrations. Successful candidates have experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating with cross functional teams and various business partners. Given the new and innovative aspects of this role, the ability to work independently and problem solve will also be critical. Job Summary: Serves as part of a consulting team to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. Manages moderately complex projects or project components, participates in change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Masters degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field and Minimum one (1) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
