About The Position

The Consultant I position at SPS Commerce is part of the Customer Success Team, focusing on EDI Testing and Certification. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities

  • Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems to complete implementation projects.
  • Consult with clients to analyze their operational needs and understand business objectives.
  • Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress and track implementation to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Perform initial technical implementation of technology products and address scheduling issues.
