About The Position
We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our Financial Communications team based in our New York office with a focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences, where you will primarily support team members in the execution of financial communications and Investor Relations ("IR") programs. In this role, you will build the necessary subject matter expertise and proper skillset to service and advise clients ranging from startups through Fortune 500 companies on a range of company events, milestones, and complex issues. In addition to ongoing IR advisory programs, you will conduct a variety of capital markets-related research projects and assist on event-driven work including M&A, IPOs, spin-offs, SPACs, shareholder activism, C-suite transitions, ESG-related projects, and business transformations.
