About The Position

Provides guidance to solve problems, create value, improve growth, and maximize business efficiency and profitability. Focuses on improving Hospital policies and procedures and department operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the collection and preparation of data relative to the work of the department functions
  • Analyses gathered information and identifies solutions for improvement
  • Assists in studies to objectively ascertain the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of department or Hospital operations, policies and procedures
  • Assists management in facilitating new programs and/or procedures
  • Discusses long-term goals of the business
  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action
  • Performs related duties as required.
