Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, environmental science, safety, business administration, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in EHS management, compliance programs, or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, travel up to 60%, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and technical writing skills.
  • Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct EHS compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Support development and implementation of environmental management systems and programs.
  • Prepare plans, permits, and procedures for air quality, hazardous waste, spill prevention, stormwater, and wastewater.
  • Provide on-site EHS compliance support and training at client facilities.
  • Assist with construction safety oversight and verification audits for capital projects.
  • Develop technical proposals and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat engagements.
