About The Position
As a full-time EEO/Affirmative Action Consultant at Verizon, you will be responsible for data retrieval, analysis, validation, and preparing reports in connection with Verizon's Affirmative Action Program (AAP). This role includes managing compliance evaluations with the U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and handling city and state affirmative action (AA) and equal employment opportunity (EEO) related certifications. You will evaluate EEO/AA contract clauses in bids and contracts and assist with related matters as necessary.
