The Consultant, Digital Product Analyst will work with the product owners and lines to support the Enterprise Digital Platform, which is the platform that enables Nationwide to integrate with partners and third parties using APIs and eventually embedded experiences and data integrations. This platform supports all Nationwide business units and houses partner digital products used in partnerships with firms, agencies, strategic partners, vendors, and other third parties. The Product Analyst (PA) will coordinate research and assessments, develop recommendations, and partner with the product teams to assist in the development of the roadmap and continued successful enhancement of the user experience. Candidates who have a natural curiosity, want to be part of the mid-stage product development process, and enjoy developing recommendations from analysis and research will be a good fit for this role. In addition, ideal candidates will possess foundational SQL skills to query, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources. They must be able to identify key data insights and translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives that inform decision‑making. This includes distilling analytics into executive‑ready presentations and storytelling that highlights trends, opportunities, and recommendations in a concise and impactful way. This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program. Due to the nature of this role, candidates need to be hybrid to the Columbus offices or able travel in as needed for meetings.
