About The Position
The Implementation Consultant will offer business expertise, strategic planning, oversight, industry knowledge, and application expertise in the use and implementation of CPSI/TruBridge software. The role involves consulting with clients and the Amplify Operations Team to understand their business objectives, design and facilitate solutions, plan projects, and provide guidance throughout the implementation process. The consultant will leverage industry knowledge and application expertise in the implementation of CPSI/TruBridge software solutions, ensuring ongoing positive interactions and professional rapport with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include providing configuration guidance, application training, and support to clients, partnering closely with the Project Manager to identify potential risks, and continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress.
