What you will do in the role: Excels at understanding how technology systems are designed and developed. Can clearly explain complex technical concepts and system functions to business users in accessible, layman's terms. Has strong hands-on experience with SQL and Excel, data analysis, and a solid grasp of financial concepts and technology architecture. Knowledge of Snowflake is highly desired. Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required. Will work with cross-functional business and tech teams across various time zones. Communicates effectively with development tech leads, designers, and business users to ensure business problems are tracked, communicated, documented, and resolved end to end. Requires a solid understanding of both business knowledge and technical architecture. Serve as the technology subject-matter expert and liaise directly with business users to ensure understanding across teams. Utilize SQL and Excel expertise, along with data analysis skills, to support business queries and clarify insights from data. Translate technical system architectures, functions, and issues into clear, business-friendly explanations. Apply knowledge of Snowflake to facilitate data-related tasks and reporting activities. Document and present findings, processes, and system structures in language tailored to a non-technical audience. Assist in troubleshooting and analysis, helping business users understand technical issues and their impacts. Support project management efforts using Jira for tracking, requirements documentation, and workflow management. Participate in and help facilitate SDLC/AGILE processes to ensure efficient delivery of technology solutions. Coordinate integration and reporting activities by facilitating communication between business and technology teams.
