About The Position
At Salesloft, our Senior Consultant, Professional Services will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Professional Services team whose primary goal is to successfully on-board each customer, establishing a solid foundation for their future success. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for establishing a solid foundation that drives customers’ future successes. You will play a critical role in the success of the Professional Services team. Providing process recommendations, Salesloft and Salesforce configurations, technical expertise, sales strategy, product adoption, proactive communication and mentoring of more junior consultants - all with one goal in mind: ensuring the long-term success of our customers by achieving their strategic objectives. In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to mentor more junior consultants, helping them hone their skills and progress along their career paths.
