About The Position
As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting business transformation within the Underwriting organization, with a specific focus on optimizing our sourcing partner relationship. You will provide subject matter expertise and direction to our sourcing partner on all aspects of their work as it relates to UW execution. You will act as a resource and provide knowledge of current day-to-day operations and articulate and develop future needs and expectations to maximize performance and outcomes.
