In addition to core project management responsibilities, this role will lead coordination of agent participation in Premier events and support strategic planning for large-scale meetings. Key activities include: Managing centralized guest rosters and ensuring alignment across planning units. Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with Sports Marketing, Meetings & Events, Compliance, and Chiefs of Staff. Driving event timelines and deliverables, including invitations, host prep materials, and guest communications. Developing and distributing host materials (talking points, bios, seating assignments). Coordinating post-event surveys and reporting, synthesizing feedback and KPIs to assess ROI. Maintaining Salesforce records of participation and providing regular updates to leadership. Supporting process optimization and documentation for scalable planning. This work is cyclical, with heavier involvement during Fall (planning and kickoff), Winter/Spring (event execution), and Late Spring/Summer (reporting and analysis). This is a hybrid role based out of the Scottsdale, AZ office. The role will be filled in in Scottsdale, AZ and current remote associates will also be considered. This role does not qualify for employer sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program. You will identify and develop business process mapping and recommend and implement policies and procedures for new and existing business processes. You'll support the business administration functions for your assigned area.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate studies in business, mathematics or related field.
  • Six years of work experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management concepts and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of business terminology, systems and data processing policies, practices and procedures.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Proven decision making skills for problem identification and selection of alternatives.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prepare technical reports and formal presentations.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Business process mapping experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of business-related systems concepts and requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and prioritizes all aspects of projects, including: planning, communication, execution and completion.
  • Develops and controls timelines, including regularly re-assessing risks, throughout project life. Revises project plans on an ongoing basis to maintain alignment with other projects and the business strategy.
  • Coordinates business/systems unit resources to log issues, designs processes and implements solutions. Maintains awareness of customer and systems requirements and conforms to those requirements.
  • Responsible for internal and external resource management, budgeting and cost containment.
  • Provides mentorship and feedback to project team members.
  • Recommends and implements policies and procedures for new business processes and manages these processes upon completion of the project. Communicates process changes to impacted business units.
