This role provides dedicated project management support to build and support ongoing delivery for India-based procurement. The associate will own the integrated project plan for procurement and serve as the central coordination point for planning and running workstreams for India procurement operations. Responsibilities include planning and running workstreams, defining scope and milestones, coordinating cross-functional resources, and maintaining clear, consistent communication across time zones. The role will also support building additional procurement capabilities, whether delivered from India or domestically. This includes designing, standardizing, and maintaining templates, tools, and approaches (e.g., status reports, project plans, RAID logs) that enable transparency, governance, and repeatable execution. The associate will monitor progress against deliverables, proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive decision-making and escalations needed to keep milestones on track. This includes capturing lessons learned to continuously improve the new operations.
