About The Position
Nationwide Financial is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying valuable insights from research, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and integrating these insights into our programs, which are the core value we bring to the business. You will manage projects to drive business objectives, identify and develop business process mapping, and recommend and implement policies and procedures for new and existing business processes. This position requires working in-office 3 days a week in the vibrant Arena District.
