This role resides in the Retirement Solutions Operations organization within Nationwide Financial. The role is responsible for partnering with leaders and teams across the business to identify areas of opportunity for process and systematic improvements to drive down manual work and improve operational efficiency leading to better customer outcomes. This will be done through the use of automation, AI, automated dashboarding, data analytics, A3 methodologies, and business case development. The ideal candidate should possess a track record of spearheading process improvement initiatives and have experience in developing and presenting on data-driven business cases. As a Consultant, you'll act independently or as a member of a team responsible for establishing a common understanding of the business environment in which a project must be defined, designed, created, deployed, used, and supported. You will participate in major process modeling, analysis, and design efforts providing business performance management, organizational design, and business risk management capabilities to formulate pragmatic, forward-facing, and impactful business transformation plans.
