This position will be dedicated to the ESS Programs planning unit with a focus on supporting large projects and/or leading medium/small projects. A program is a homogenous portfolio with unique characteristics within a defined market of related classes of business, effectively administered by a program manager with specialized expertise in a delegated authority model. As a member of this Technical team, this position is a liaison between Technology/IT and the Underwriting business. Experience implementing projects with IT is highly desired. Business delivery is another key feature of the role, working closely with Underwriting, Technology and the PMO in a Product Owner capacity as follows: Solution, technology and delivery team facing Coordinates critical delivery team activities required to bring the product to market and associated visual management Coordinates requirements artifacts needed by the agile and dependent teams. Analyzes current and future state of solution Contributes to the Vision and Project Backlog; owns the Team Backlog and implementation Work location is flexible. Compensation grade G3.
