About The Position
The Behavioral Health Consultant will be an integral part of the mental health team within the Group Protection Clinical organization at Lincoln Financial Group. This role involves collaborating with various professionals to review and assess mental health disability claims, providing expertise in interpreting medical information, and evaluating ongoing interventions and functional capacity across multiple areas. The consultant will also engage in discussions with healthcare providers, educate them on behavioral health needs, and manage a caseload while supporting organizational initiatives.
