Our Analytics Innovation Team ('AI Team') is a data science and analytics technology group that is focused on developing a suite of advanced analytics products and supporting business strategy consulting teams to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  • Partner with internal teams and external clients to understand business objectives, relevant KPIs, and insight needs
  • Formulate clear analytical hypotheses and translate business problems into data questions and analytical approaches
  • Extract, clean and transform complex datasets to support modeling and analysis
  • Identify, evaluate, test, and solve data quality issues; documenting findings and corrective actions
  • Build, evaluate and optimize state-of-the-art algorithms using machine learning and artificial intelligence including traditional and generative AI
  • Develop audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of statistical models prior to delivery to clients
  • Develop intuitive visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate findings
  • Prepare and present compelling analytical presentations and effectively communicate complex concepts to clients
  • 3-4 years' experience analyzing and transforming data using SQL or Python
  • 3-4 years' experience automating repetitive workflows using Python, SQL, Bash or similar
  • Experience with data preparation for statistical or machine learning models
  • Experience working across multiple platforms and distributed systems such as AWS S3/EC2/Redshift, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, Qubole
  • Knowledge of data ETLs and scheduling (Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, DBT, Alteryx)
  • Experience working with end users to conduct needs assessment and user testing
  • Ability to leverage critical data-driven thinking and enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insight to generate consistently accurate and useful analysis and models
  • Thinking critically and commercial problem solving
  • Attention to detail and time management delivering high quality work while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with and running ETLs on traditional relational databases - MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle SQL
  • Experience using Apache Spark
  • Experience publishing to BI solutions such as Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or Power BI
  • Knowledge of geospatial data management and analysis
  • Compensation: $148k + 20%
