Iris Telehealth is actively hiring Consult-Liaison Psychiatrists to support emergency department and inpatient teams with high-quality psychiatric evaluations and consultations—all from the comfort of your home. About the Role: Setting: 100% Remote Consults for IP/ER/ED Compensation: W2 - $175/hr - robust pay structure (productivity-based to maximize earnings) 1099 options are available at $185 an hour Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred) Schedule: 13-16 shifts per month— weekends required but now only 1-2 shifts/month NP Supervision: Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNP Why Iris Telehealth? Requirements
- Active medical license required; IMLC Letter of Qualification is a plus.
- Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry, open to considering extremely experienced PMHNPs
- Board Certification Required
- At least 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison experience.
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+ for ED/ER consults
- Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
