About The Position
Are you passionate about mental health and looking to make a difference in peoples lives? Greenbrook has a full-time Consult Coordinator position now available covering our Chapel Hill center. The Consult Coordinator is responsible for initial consultations meeting with prospective patients to discuss TMS and Esketamine treatments, how they work, what to expect, gather patients history and determine with relative certainty if the patient meets medical necessity for these innovative treatments for depression. The Consult Coordinator's primary role is to supervise the patient flow process for each patient within the designated centers from booked consult to the start of treatment; and to provide guidance to center staff on insurance-related items as needed, as well as corrective oversight when identified. This in-person position will work primarily out of our Chapel Hill center but may provide support (virtual or in-person) to other area centers as needed. Hours of operation are but may vary depending on patient and regional needs. We offer a competitive pay range of $23-26/hour (based on education level and prior experience) PLUS a generous benefits package including 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
