Job Description Summary: Mid-level compensation professional accountable for administering compensation programs, implementing incentive plans, completing market analyses, and consulting with HR/business leaders on standard pay practices. Operates within established policies and contributes to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • HR or a related field or equivalent work Experience
  • Approximately 3 years of HR or related work Experience
  • Excel knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation programs, policies and processes
  • Implement incentive programs
  • Support program plan design and development
  • Consult with HR colleagues and client groups on compensation practices and guidelines
  • Analyze impact of change with existing / new compensation programs and practices
  • Support merger and acquisition activity with data analysis and integration planning
  • Provide oversight to market analysis work
