Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles, including Trucks, Dumpster Trucks, Trailers, Forklifts, and more.
- Safely transport materials over designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Complete all required paperwork and promptly deliver documentation to the appropriate staff.
- Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles.
- Install and manage sensor tools for scheduled maintenance and report malfunctions to the Production Manager.
- Organize and restack materials in the yard or warehouse.
- Assist with fulfilling job pick tickets and manual transportation of supplies.
- Obtain permits from local jurisdictions for upcoming projects.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, including occasional work at heights.
Requirements
- Valid Class A License.
- 1+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations.
- Mechanical aptitude for vehicle maintenance.
- Experience with material handling and warehouse duties is a plus.
- Must be able to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working at heights when required.
