Construction Working Foreman – Overnight Interior Restaurant Refresh Projects
About The Position
Ferrandino & Son is looking for an experienced Construction Working Foreman to lead interior restaurant refresh and renovation projects. If you enjoy being in the field, coordinating trades, solving problems, and keeping projects moving, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects while working with a strong operations and project management team. As the on-site leader , you will coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality workmanship, keep projects on schedule, and perform hands-on work when needed. Many projects take place in active restaurant environments , so organization, communication, and attention to detail are key.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction experience , preferably in interior renovations, retail, or restaurant environments
- Foreman, lead carpenter, or job site leadership experience preferred
- Ability to read construction blueprints and coordinate multiple trades
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules and keep projects moving
- Willingness to travel to project sites and availability to work nights from 11pm to 11am
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to lift 75lbs

Responsibilities
- Lead daily job site operations for interior restaurant refresh and remodel projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors such as carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, and millwork
- Coordinate material procurement and deliveries and maintain job site readiness
- Perform construction work as needed to support project completion
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications
- Conduct quality checks and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Provide progress updates, documentation, and photos to Project Managers
- Resolve job site issues and communicate schedule updates or challenges
