Requirements
- Entry-level candidates welcome, carpentry or construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience with hand tools or power tools is a plus
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding work
- Dependable, hard-working, and willing to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area

Responsibilities
- Carry and transport wood planks, glue, and tools to installers on job sites
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintaining safe work areas
- Use hand tools and assist with basic tasks under the installer's supervision
- Lift 25-40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with team assistance
- Work outdoors or inside unfinished buildings, sometimes without climate control
- Follow all instructions and safety guidelines
