About Us Rocky Mountain Contractors has been building quality pole barns, garages, and exterior home improvements across Central Pennsylvania since 2004. The owner maintains a close connection with the team, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and steady, meaningful work. What You'll Do as a Construction Worker/Driver: Transport crew members, tools, and materials safely to and from job sites each day. Drive responsibly and maintain company vehicles clean, fueled, and in good condition. Assist with building pole barns, custom garages, and other exterior improvement projects. Support framing, roofing, siding, window, and door installation work as needed. Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized from start to finish. Use hand and power tools safely after training and follow all safety procedures. Travel primarily within one hour of the shop, with occasional drives up to two hours. Work cooperatively with your crew, follow instructions, and maintain a professional, tobacco-free presence on every site. Our Ideal Construction Worker/Driver: Experienced: Skilled in safely driving a dually truck and trailer. Dependable: Works well with the crew, shows up on time, follows through, and takes pride in steady, honest work. Respectful: Uses clean language, maintains a neat appearance, and upholds faith-based values. Active: Able to lift 50–80 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions. Willing to Learn: Brings a strong work ethic and openness to gaining new skills in construction. Must provide a tool bag and basic tools.
