About The Position

Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Requirements

Previous experience in construction, demolition, or restoration preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to safety
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Assist with water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, including cleanup, demolition, and restoration tasks
Support construction team members with framing, drywall, painting, and other general labor tasks during the rebuild phase
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris, organizing materials, and following all safety protocols
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
Work alongside crew leaders, project managers, and other team members to meet project timelines and ensure client satisfaction
