Now Hiring: Construction Trailer Clean Up Location: Tempe, AZ Company: ServiceMaster Building Services Job Type: Seasonal Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour Schedule: 3.65MH - Twice per week MUST HAVE OSHA 10 CERTIFICATION AND PASS DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST! Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Must have OSHA 10 Certification
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy)
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Must wear ServiceMaster-provided uniform
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- General cleaning and demo/trash removal
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Washing walls, windows, ceilings
- Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces
- Operating cleaning machines (we will train!)
