About The Position

This role is for a hard-working construction tradesperson with a broad skill set who takes pride in restoring spaces and supporting clients in need. Joining a veteran-led, family-owned SERVPRO team, the tradesperson will be hands-on in bringing homes and properties back to life, working alongside project managers to make damage feel “Like it never even happened.” The company offers a supportive culture with a tight-knit, energetic crew fueled by respect, work ethic, and genuine support. Requirements

Experience in professional home remodeling or a related field is required.
High School Diploma required.
A rock-solid work ethic, honesty, reliability, and keen attention to detail.
Clear, effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Willingness and ability to work extended hours when necessary.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and schedule tasks efficiently.
Expertly install drywall, handle mudding/taping, and apply paint or finishes to walls, trim, and cabinets to restore aesthetic beauty.
Paint and stain internal and external surfaces to restore curb appeal and property charm.
Safely perform demolition and debris removal to prep spaces for rebuilds.
Reinstall fixtures and items accurately to ensure they function properly and look polished.
Maintain high workmanship standards—identify and resolve issues to guarantee client satisfaction.
Work well with teammates, meticulously track work performed and hours logged, and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
