Typical duties include but are not limited to: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in assigned courses. Collaborate with college staff and industry partners to ensure program relevance and quality. Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, simulations, and practicums and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades in accordance with college policies and accreditation guidelines. Participate in program planning, accreditation reviews, and institutional effectiveness initiatives. Stay current with developments in industry field and incorporate relevant changes into instruction. Promote a safe and respectful environment conducive to student learning. Advise, mentor, and provide career guidance to students. Adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Education Profession in Florida and meet all school and District policy requirements. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE EXPECTED TO Attend staff meetings and participate in conferences and other trainings to enhance job performance.
