Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
- Interest in construction, civil engineering, or hands on work
Responsibilities
- Learn to perform testing on materials like soil concrete asphalt and aggregates
- Assist with field and lab testing at active construction sites
- Collect and prepare materials for testing
- Use tools and equipment safely with proper training
- Ensure materials meet quality and safety standards
- Record and report results with attention to detail
- Work outdoors and in a team environment with experienced professionals
