About The Position

Experienced Construction Technician – Drywall Specialist Important Note: This is NOT an entry-level position . If you do not already have the skills and experience listed below, please do not apply. We will not provide training. This is a hands-on working role , not a supervisor or apprentice position. Only highly experienced tradespeople will be considered. We are seeking a seasoned Construction Technician with a heavy emphasis on drywall . The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the trades and be capable of independently completing work to professional standards. A skills test will be required . Requirements

Drywall (primary skill): Must be highly skilled at hanging drywall (walls & ceilings), taping, mudding, texturing, and matching existing textures with precision.
Painting & Staining: Interior walls, ceilings, trim.
Finish Carpentry: Install casing, baseboard, doors with clean and accurate cuts.
Plumbing: Install/reinstall fixtures.
Insulation: Proper installation to code.
Must have and maintain your own tools to perform the above trades.
Reliable transportation for carrying tools and materials to job sites.
Ability to lift 80 lbs.
Must pass and maintain a satisfactory background check, insurable driving record, pre-employment drug screening, and pre-employment physical.
