About The Position

The Construction Technician I is responsible for performing a variety of skilled construction tasks, which include assisting with heavy construction activities, demolishing existing structures, moving tools and materials to and from job sites, and maintaining cleanliness on site. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in construction
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Experience working at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
• Ability to handle emergency or crisis situations
• Awareness of exposure to infectious and contagious diseases
• Familiarity with radiation hazards
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical/power equipment hazards
• Understanding of toxic chemical exposure and use of personal protective equipment

Responsibilities
