The construction superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction mechanical and electrical crews. At RoyOMartin, people are our number-one asset. Requirements

  • A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.
  • 5+ years of proven ability in leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of construction and maintenance principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maximo.
  • Ethical, approachable, and empathetic

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, construction management, or related field, preferred
  • Familiarity with blueprints, Auto-CAD, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

  • Serve as key resource and point of contact between facility leadership, project managers, and engineers on project work.
  • Implement, monitor, and drive project scheduling and completion
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates while addressing issues and resolving conflicts as needed
