Responsibilities

• Support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.
• Develop your team's skill set and knowledge of telecom construction.
• Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture.
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers.
• Give direction to multiple crews and their job site activities.

Requirements

• Safety is a part of your day to day.
• Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
• Hands-on approach to work and problem-solving.
• Experience in supporting the day to day needs of a construction crew.
• Knowledge of the telecom construction industry including Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, and map reading.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring a team.
• Enjoy getting hands dirty with the team.
