Requirements

  • Self-starter with ability to manage details of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to create and edit Excel documents that use mathematical formulas and logic.
  • Create, read, and understand construction documents, including electrical diagrams.
  • Skilled in drawing review, with an eye for detail and understanding of cross-checking multi-sheet construction sets for accuracy and consistency.
  • Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Valid Driver License with a clean driving record
  • Travel will be required
  • Passport eligible

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with construction managers/operations team to help implement project goals
  • Coordinate with construction managers/operations team/project leads for project execution
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Monitor proper documentation is being completed by field operations crew in ProCore
  • Assisting with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables/status reports pertaining to (scope and schedule)
  • Liaise with appropriate team members to maintain project schedule and efficiency
  • Manage jobsite site accordingly to the scope of work to help prevent scope creep
  • Develop and manage part lists needed to complete projects (AC part lists)
  • Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
  • Assist with necessary paperwork including but not limited to permits and interconnections
  • Assist with close out documentation
  • Conduct QA/QC of jobsites to ensure workmanship and code requirements are met
  • Meet with inspectors on jobsites for closing out of projects
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Manage sub-contractor selection process as well as manage sub-contractor onsite during course of construction
  • Lead and mentor field operations crews on jobsites
  • Evaluate processes through course of construction to ensure efficiency in the field
  • Evaluate and uphold jobsite safety standards/requirements
  • Other duties as needed
