About The Position

Cedar Park Group is hiring an experienced Construction Supervisor / Project Manager Supervisor for a 13-unit apartment complex new-build. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with 6+ years of solid supervisory experience and a strong project management background on multi-family and residential-style builds (apartment complexes, assisted living, townhomes). Schedule/Shift Full-time | Day shift Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Estimated 9-month assignment (temp-to-hire potential)

Requirements

6+ years of construction supervisory experience (required)
Proven experience supporting project management on builds ranging $500K–$4M
Strong background in multi-family / residential-style construction (apartment complexes, assisted living, townhomes)
Ability to lead crews and subs while keeping work aligned to schedule, scope, and quality expectations
Working knowledge of jobsite safety practices and compliance

Nice To Haves

Experience supervising ground-up multi-family or similar residential builds
Strong documentation skills (daily reports, progress updates, punch lists, work orders)
Comfortable coordinating with owners/PMs, inspectors, and subcontractors

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day jobsite operations for a multi-family apartment complex build
Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and daily work plans
Track progress and support schedule execution; flag issues early and propose solutions
Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and plans/specs
Maintain site organization, safety practices, and compliance requirements
Communicate daily status updates and support project documentation (work orders, logs, reports)
Assist with punch list execution and closeout support as needed
