The Construction Supervisor: hands on supervisor who oversees the operations and personnel on a customer site. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and successful project execution. The supervisor collaborates with cross functional teams, manages resources, and contributes to process optimization while managing and working with a team to complete on site task. Lead a 4 person crew, travel could be up to 3 weeks on a project 10 hour shifts VIDEO: Field-Erected Treatment Plants We offer a full benefits package to include Flexible Time Off (FTO) , health, dental, vision, investment savings plan, and additional miscellaneous benefits. Requirements: Travels overnight approximately 80% to 100% of workweek and for consecutive week(s) at a time to domestic job sites, which also involve weekends. Ability to read and understand civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings, as well as having basic knowledge of typical site construction and equipment manufacturing. Ability to obtain an U.S. passport. Ability to obtain an Xylem credit card (based on personal credit). Experience in operating rough terrain cranes. Ability to consistently perform in excess of a 40-hour week doing whatever it takes to "get the job done." Must be willing and able to travel to both domestic and international job sites. Ability to gain access into Plants and pass entrance testing requirements including, but not limited to, criminal background checks, drug/alcohol tests, psychological tests, and safety tests Works with manager to inform engineering department of suggested product development revisions. Must have proven ability to work effectively and professionally with customers. Must use sound methodology to analyze issues and be capable of using written and verbal communications to convey specifics to internal and external customers. Must wear all required safety PPE, safety glasses with side shields and shoes at a minimum. Immunizations as required by job site locations. Required to pass a 30-hour health and safety training, at the company's expense. Additional testing can be required at customer request including, but not limited to, drug screening, medical testing for special work conditions, and safety tests Ability to obtain NCCCO Crane License. Must be hands on, ability to work with crew members to complete required task.
