As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor your team to develop their skills and knowledge of telecom construction. Oversee both Aerial and UGE projects, including BAU, New Build, and FTTH. QC work completed on mainline Fiber and Coax. Promote and uphold a company-wide safety culture. Drive your team to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients. Coordinate and manage the activities of multiple crews and their job sites.

Requirements

Safety is your top priority in all aspects of work.
Experienced in overseeing telecom construction crews for both Aerial and UGE
Experience working with mainline Fiber (primarly 48 - 288 ct. and up) and Coax (commonly .500 gauge and up)
Strong knowledge of OSP work, including coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, blueprint and map reading.
Proven ability to manage daily crew operations, deliver high-quality work, and solve complex field challenges.
Hands-on leader who works alongside the team, coaches, and mentors to drive results.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Oracle; eager to learn new tools and software.
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (DOT preferred).
Military veterans with MOS Codes such as 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, or 2591 are encouraged to apply, as their skills align well with this role.
