This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the home building processes according to Evermore Homes quality standards and local building codes while adhering to budgets, maintaining construction schedules, and providing a high level of customer service. The Construction Superintendent will walk all homes under construction daily, conduct in-line inspections, and ensure that each trade understands and adheres to established scopes of work, schedules, plans, specifications, and quality standards. The position requires regular communication with trade contractors and customers, ensuring that homes and production sites are maintained in a clean, organized, safe, and secure manner. The Superintendent will also monitor job sites for inefficiencies, ensure material deliveries are accurate, conduct quality control inspections, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
