About The Position

We are representing a National Powerhouse in Industrial Development and Construction currently executing a massive expansion into the Data Center sector. With a portfolio exceeding 90 million sq. ft., our client is the General Contractor on a flagship Hyperscale campus in Windsor, CO. We are seeking a Construction Superintendent who thrives in high-velocity environments. This is not a "seat in the trailer" role; we need a proactive leader to manage field operations for a 127MW Phase 1 build, followed by an 18-month 90MW Phase 2. This firm is known for over-staffing its projects to allow its leaders the time to mentor staff and prepare for the 30+ upcoming hyperscale sites in the pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Superintendent on Data Center, Mission-Critical, or Heavy Industrial projects.
  • You must be highly proficient with Procore and comfortable using 3D models in the field. We prioritize leaders who embrace technology to stay ahead of weekly industry shifts.
  • We are looking for high-energy professionals who are career-focused and want to grow into General Superintendent or Operations roles as the division expands.
  • 100% on-site role (5 days a week) in the Windsor, CO area.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all on-site construction activities, managing a diverse array of subcontractors and trade partners to ensure Phase 1 reaches its 2026 completion.
  • Drive the daily "look-ahead" schedules, identifying critical path bottlenecks and coordinating trade sequencing to maintain maximum site productivity.
  • Leverage Procore and 3D Rendering/BIM on-site to verify installations, resolve design clashes in the field, and maintain accurate daily logs.
  • Enforce a zero-compromise safety culture and high-spec quality standards typical of Tier III/IV mission-critical environments.
  • Lead and develop an "over-staffed" field team, acting as a mentor to Assistant Supers and Field Engineers to build a leadership pipeline for future national projects.
