You will collaborate closely with sales teams to review bid documents and assess job requirements, while also guiding your team on construction sites with a strong understanding of code compliance and building systems. Your experience in managing financials and working with general contractors will ensure project profitability and resource efficiency. Requirements

5+ years of relevant construction expertise
supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce
appetite for learning an exciting and new field
associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience
