Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in construction field, preferred. Experience in multifamily industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assess project costs by evaluating weekly labor, material, and equipment costs.
  • Collaborate with the safety department and project management team to ensure that safety policies and procedures are being maintained.
  • Solve problems and conflicts. Use proper documentation to report incidents.
  • Oversee productivity and quality control to stay within budget. Refer to schedule to ensure project is completed in timely manner. Report updates to management team.
  • Manage subcontractor progress.
  • Open and close jobsites.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures along field personnel and subcontractors.
