Manage P&P/SUE work from beginning to end Major responsibilities include coordination and input on proposals, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality of work, directing project efforts and maintaining client relationships. Plan construction processes Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback Monitor project schedules and report on project progress to ensure timely completions of work Implement safety and quality guidelines Resolve on-site issues and emergencies Leading and managing the on-site team.
