Ironmark Building Co. is looking for a commercial / multifamily construction Superintendent to join our team in the greater Phoenix area! The Superintendent will lead and manage all field construction activities on a major multifamily project located in Flagstaff, AZ. You’ll be responsible for all field aspects of the project’s budget, schedule, and general performance. This position may require candidate to travel to project locations as they arise. The successful Superintendent will communicate and interact with owners, architects, engineers, government officials, and the public in a clear, concise, and professional manner. The Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and on budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, and managing exemplary construction safety practices for all on-site activities. You will create and maintain positive, professional, and respectful relationships and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized job site at all times.
