About The Position
A Oasis Pools & Outdoor Living is seeking a high-performing Construction Superintendent to oversee field execution of our pool construction projects. This role is responsible for managing job sites, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining construction schedules, and ensuring every project meets our quality standards. The Superintendent serves as the leader on the job site. This individual ensures work is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule while maintaining professional communication with homeowners and internal teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in construction supervision or project management.
- Strong ability to manage subcontractors and job site timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Strong communication skills with homeowners and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pool construction or residential construction preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations for multiple pool construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors including excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, tile, coping, decking, and plaster.
- Ensure each phase of construction is completed on schedule.
- Conduct regular job site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Communicate progress updates to project managers and operations leadership.
- Ensure materials are delivered and available for each stage of construction.
- Maintain job site cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Identify and resolve construction issues before they create delays.
- Ensure safety standards are followed on every job site.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners during construction.
