We’re looking for a Superintendent who is a natural leader, detail-oriented, and thrives on seeing projects through from start to finish. In this role, you’ll oversee construction operations in the field, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to our high-quality standards. You’ll also be responsible for jobsite safety, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred) OR 5+ years of superintendent experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices and California contractor’s license law.
• Valid California Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Manage schedules, inspections, and materials to keep projects on track.
• Oversee jobsite safety, ensuring compliance and proactive hazard prevention.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals.
